Our specifically designed mum & baby yoga classes offer you time to gain a unique understanding of your baby through simple massage and yoga for them, followed by a gentle post natal recovery practice for you.

Once mums see how much their babies love the massage and yoga, they never miss a class...

The classes start with focus on your little ones. We sing songs to our babies (the yoga hockey, cockey is on not to be missed), practice gentle baby yoga and very simple massage techniques, all aimed to help you bond with your bundles of joy, increase your confidence in handling your baby and gain an understanding of the language that they speak to us in.

Then we focus on you. The post natal aspects of the class consist of a series of gentle exercises specifically aimed at developing strength and stamina back in the body.

Specific areas are focussed upon such as the abdominal area, pelvic floor muscles and breathing exercises/meditations to aid relaxation (pranayama and yoga nidra).

After every class there is time for refreshments and goodies so this is a great way to meet Mums in the same situation as yourself.

This class is fully interactive with babies and mums yogaing together!
