What’s, what!

Yoga

\  Ashtanga & Partner – dynamic, strength, stamina & flexibility enhancing yoga – great for all.

\  Yin – static & flexibility enhancing yoga – great for runners.

\  Dru - yoga for the heart - a flowing sequence of postures, working with Energy Block Releases (EBRs) & breath work.

\  Kids/Teens - Yoga Beings (3/4 to 11 year olds) & Yoga Attitude (for teens) – a combination of traditional yoga postures, sequences & breath work but to get the littl’uns into it it’s combined with story telling, play & fantasy. For teens the yoga is combined with study, self esteem & body awareness.

\  Kundalini - potent & powerful practice, combining a dynamic blend of movement, mantra & music.

\  Pregnancy & Post Natal – vital mum & baby pre & post birth connecting methods combined with holistic breathing techniques for labour, key birthing & post natal asana & yoga for inner body awareness.  Includes aspects of baby yoga & massage.

 

 

Therapy

\  Full Movement Method - combines elements of yoga, deep soft tissue manipulation & joint mobilization

\  Thai Massage - works on the whole body using yoga based stretching techniques. Often referred to as ‘applied physical yoga‘.

 

Spiritual

\  Deeksha & introduction to meditation - the Oneness Deeksha is a healing evolutionary energy that is transferred through touch & intention, includes a short introduction, a guided meditation & the opportunity to receive Oneness Deeksha for yourself.

\  Dru Dance - a dynamic form of yoga linking up traditional yoga asanas into a flowing dance. No experience needed but you do need a reasonable level of stamina & fitness!
