Katie experienced a wide array of different healing therapies during her times overseas in China, South East Asia and Turkey.. She was drawn ultimately to practice Tui Na deep tissue massage because of its versatility, strength and effectiveness. It complements her background in yoga and martial arts, as it draws qi and strength back into the body as well as working powerfully on the muscular skeletal system.
Her reiki practice also guides her intuition to give a more effective healing process. She has also studied a certificate in Nutrition and Herbology, adding another element to her treatments, when relevant.
She has a background in teaching both adults and children, and provides comfortable and confident treatments for clients of different ages and from different backgrounds.
Kate has been working as a therapist since 2000 and has trained in a number of massage and holistic therapy techniques before her personal experience of the benefits of yoga led her to the Full Movement Method and yoga teacher training with Shanti Yoga School.
She now uses FMM to assist people with a range of presenting conditions including back, neck and shoulder pains and stiffness, post accident/injury pains, elbow/wrist pain and hip, knee and ankle pains. She is also involved in teaching new students of the Full
Movement Method.

Nicola trained in Thai Massage with Brian Cooper in 2007, originally as a way to enrich her ashtanga yoga teaching skills. Her enjoyment of the practice has led her to offer clients a wonderful complimentary therapy that sits comfortably next to her yoga teaching offering, whilst helping her clients to get deeper in to their own practices.
Following her training in Thai Massage, Nicola also trained with the AIMI, Associtaion of Infant Massage Instructors, to become a CIMI - Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Nicola has found teaching parents to massage their babies a truly joyful experience, enjoyed by all, especially her own son.
